Usui Lake

Usui Lake is just 10 minutes away from the old Nakasendo Route and Megane Bridge. You can relax while taking in the view of the beautiful lake which is popular with hikers on Abt Road as a famous place for the changing colors.

Usui Lake is a man-made body of water halfway up the Usuitoge Pass which has attracted many tourists as a famous place for the autumn leaves. There is a 1.2km walking trail around the shores of the lake so that you can relax at your leisure while viewing its beautiful surface. The lake is also located right by Abt Road so that it is popular as a stop-off point on the walking trail.
